Our warmer than average start to the year is expected to continue through until April, and it’s already had an impact on pasture growth and topsoil moisture for Riverina farmers.


That’s according to the latest Seasonal Conditions report from the NSW DPI, which has also shown that crop development across Southern NSW has been delayed slightly, by later sowing.


Yields should still be average to above average through, especially for irrigated crops.
