A second man has been charged after the fatal crash in Turvey Park last week, that claimed the life of a 53 year old man, with police alleging that street racing was involved.
The driver of a Holden Commodore, which collided with the deceased man’s ute, was arrested and charged last week with numerous offences.
After further inquiries, police arrested a second man, an 18 year old from Tumut.
They allege he was the driver of a third vehicle, involved in a street race with the Commodore.
He’s been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death and negligent driving occasioning death, and bailed to front court on January 10.
