Wine Australia and the National Wine and Grape Industry Centre in Wagga have announced a $9 million agreement to develop new technologies and provide practical information to growers and winemakers.

It will include research into industry challenges like botrytis, determining optimal harvest dates, and controlling acidity in the vineyard and during winemaking.

Wine Australia CEO Andreas Clark says they’re delighted to partner with the National Wine and Grape Industry Centre to deliver some practical tools and outcomes for the sector over the next five years.
