Anzac Day is a very important day for all Australians, so some businesses will, of course, be closing for the day or altering their hours.
Here is some information we hope may come in handy…
Shopping Centres & Supermarkets
We recommend checking with your closest shopping centre, but almost every major shopping centre will be closed including Garden City, Westfield Carousel, Karrinyup, Belmost Forum and Watertown.
Woolworths and Aldi stores will be closed all day, however, Coles will be open from 1pm.
BWS & Dan Murphy’s - Open from 1pm
Most Liquorland, First Choice, Vintage Cellars and Liquor Market stores - 12pm
Going to the movies in the afternoon can be a great public holiday activity. Expect crowds as the new Avengers film starts showing.
Event Cinemas - Open as normal
Hoyts - Open as normal
Bars and Licensed Venues
