The wait's almost over for shoppers, with fashion giant Zara preparing to open the doors to its Westfield Kotara store on Thursday.
It'll be the Spanish-based brand's 19th store in Australia and first in the Hunter, covering 2500sqm of floor space at the redeveloped shopping centre.
Zara says the Kotara store will be the "first of its kind in Australia" showcasing the brand’s new global concept.
"The essence of the new store is based off four principles; beauty, clarity, functionality and sustainability."
It follows last month's opening of H&M at Kotara.
