Police have now charged a third person over Monday's road rage incident at Lake Munmorah.
A 23 year old Salt Ash woman, who was driving a silver ute, is facing four offences.
She'll appear in Wyong Court next month charged with manner dangerous to the public, malicious damage, not complying with ‘P’ licence and driving with an unrestrained passenger.
It's claimed her vehicle was involved in an altercation with another ute on the Pacific Highway.
Her passenger, 21 year old Bianca Lee Sams is accused of throwing nails from their ute at the second vehicle.
Ms Sams claims the 41 year old male driver of the other ute was tailgating them.
The man then allegedly punched Ms Sams in the face while both utes were stopped at a set of traffic lights.
Ms Sams and the male driver have already been charged over their roles in the road rage incident.
