Victorian Man Suspect In Three Unsolved South Australian Murders

A Victorian man is the suspect in three unsolved South Australian murders.

The murders of Phyllis Harrison in 1998, Beverley Hanley in 2010 and Stephen Newton in 2011 have never been solved.

Now police have discovered fresh forensic evidence connecting the murders.

“He was known to all three victims and, at the time of the deaths, lived within about ten minutes of them,” Detective Superintendent Des Bray said of the 39-year-old suspect who lives in the Victorian Riverland.
