Following discussion of the new same sex marriage bill currently taking place before the senate, the Hit Network's Stav, Abby & Matt wanted to clear up a few rumours around there being homophobic protections within the new law.
For example, bakers being able to refuse service to weddings of same sex couples.
We asked Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull to see what amendments would likely be made to the bill.
"What about all this talk about legislation of if a baker doesn't want to bake a cake for gay people, what's going to happen with all of that?" Matty asked.
"I don't believe any one would move an amendment of that kind, and I certainly wouldn't support it and I don't think any one else would or hardly any one else would," the Prime Minister replied.
"This is all about reducing discrimination, and recording respect, and recognition to committed relationships between gay couples."
Prime Minister Turnbull is still adamant the law will be passed by Christmas.
