The boy was rushed to hospital after having seizures, with police noting how unusual this sort of act is.

Another mother in the US claims to have discovered a blade hidden inside a chocolate.

The mother noted that the packaging appeared to be open slightly, so she opened the chocolate to find the rusty blade inside.
