The high court has handed down its ruling on the fate of the seven politicians caught up in the dual citizenship saga.
It has found that Barbaby Joyce is ineligible to sit in parliament. Here's what we know so far:
Barnaby Joyce (Nationals), Malcolm Roberts (One Nation), Larissa Waters (Greens), Fiona Nash (Nationals), and Scott Ludlam (Greens) are disqualified.
Nick Xenophon (NXT) and Matthew Canavan (Nationals) are safe.
This means Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull will need to move for a by election for Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce's New England electorate, threatening the his one seat majority.
