If you are obsessed with Christmas like us, you would be well aware of Coca-Cola’s Christmas Truck and now that Christmas Truck is coming to Australia!
From today, Coca-Cola joins forces with The Salvation Army on its inaugural Coke Christmas Truck Tour to give back this festive season.
Coca-Cola has partnered with The Salvation Army to visit towns and bring festive cheer from Sydney to outback and regional communities with the first being Tamworth, in the lead up to Christmas. The Truck will support The Salvos through a series of community events that will deliver food, community facilities and the chance to come together with family and friends.
Last night the Coca-Cola Christmas truck travelled through Sydney en route to its first stop on the tour.
This morning the dazzling Coca-Cola Christmas Truck was set up against the backdrop of iconic Manly beach with Coca-Cola and The Salvation Army, and Australian songstress Samantha Jade, on hand for the Coke Christmas Truck’s Australian send off and first stop of the tour.
The truck itself is a dazzling festive decoration on-wheels, decked out with interactive flashing lights and filled to the brim with hampers and Christmas surprises. Those lucky enough to see the rig as it makes its way through the desert or bush will also enjoy Christmas carol favourites playing from its cabin.
Launching today, the Christmas Truck will visit three regional communities in Australia, starting with a visit to Tamworth before moving on to two more surprise locations in far north and far west Queensland.
