Australian mobile customers have been dealt another blow with reports the company is facing another wide-sweeping outage.
While there were initial reports Telstra customers are experiencing both mobile internet and call outages on both 3G and 4G networks, it's now believed to only be affecting MVNO customers.
Woolworths Mobile, ALDIMobile and Belong have reported connection problems today – but the network say that's not a Telstra issue.
A spokesperson said in a statement:
“There is no issue with Telstra’s 3G and 4G network.
“There was a vendor platform issue that impacted mobile virtual network operating services for a small number of wholesale customers.
“The majority of those services have already been restored. We apologise to these wholesale customers for any inconvenience.”
