The Bureau of Meteorology has just confirmed that Sydney’s Penrith has officially broken the record for the maximum temperature ever recorded in Sydney, reaching a hearty 47.1°C just before 2pm, today.
And that’s not all.
According to 7 News, at 1pm today, Penrith was the hottest place ON PLANET EARTH!
