Additional details have come out following a fatal crash on the Pacific highway at Heron's Creek yesterday, which resulted in the death of a 16 year old girl.
It's alleged the driver of a van failed to give way, resulting in a crash with a 4-wheel drive the girl was travelling in.
The vehicle rolled several times, injuries to 6 others saw 2 airlifted to John Hunter hospital and 4 transported to Port Macquarie hospital.
The 20 year old van driver from the UK has since been charged with not giving way, and negligent driving causing death.
He's facing court today.
