If you feel like celebrating our fine country this weekend, you might want to put Galah on your list. It’s a new bar in Prahran which focuses on Australian natural wines and boutique beers.
To get in the spirit, the team have created a cocktail so Australian that it gives a sausage sandwich a run for its money.
The incredibly-named Outback Sheila is a margarite made with lemon myrtle, Trombo tequila and Australian finger lime. And to top it off, the rim is half salted with saltbush!
We think this would be a dinky-di way to spend a weekend, wouldn’t you?
