Days before the snow season is set to begin, popular NSW snow resort Thredbo has announced tobogganing will now longer be allowed on the property.
The news has raised the question whether other resorts will also change their policies. Luckily for toboggan fans, Mt Buller has confirmed it will be sticking around.
CEO Mark Bennetts said, “Mt Buller Mt Stirling Resort Management has no plans to ban tobogganing in existing authorised areas on Mt Buller or Mt Stirling. Tobogganing is a great family activity, and we look forward to welcoming all guests to our resorts to enjoy a day in the snow.”
Mt Buller is also known for fantastic slopes for skiing and snowboarding, snowshoe tours, terrain parks, sled dog tours and many more things to do. Tobogganing won’t be the only thing you’ll tick off your Winter bucket list!
