Melbourne's south-east and northern suburbs were the luckiest this year, with Mill Park, Newcomb and the CBD taking out the top three spots. 

141 lucky punters across the state pocketed more than $216 million in division one prize money.

The biggest was a Powerball win of $25 million from an entry purchased in Keilor East.
