Today is a legit scorcher in Melbourne.
The mercury is tipped to get up to 42 degrees in the city and rural Victoria is copping it as well, with yesterday’s heat melting a section of the Hume Freeway near Broadford and conditions even worse today.
In fact, it’s so bloody hot that some Bunnings Warehouse locations have had to cancel their celebrated sausage sizzles.
Luckily, this shouldn't last very long.
A cool change will sweep through Victoria this evening, so hopefully, Bunnings' sausage sizzles can recommence tomorrow and the roads will stop melting!
