If you thought this weekend was cold, get ready.
Temperatures will drop below three degrees as we continue to struggle through the coldest part of the year.
This morning it was recorded a chilly -3.7 degrees at Melbourne airport.
Tuesday will be warmer with a minimum of nine degrees, followed by eight on Wedneday, seven on Thursday and just three degrees for Friday.
But it’s all upwards from here.
"If you can get through the next two weeks it's upward from here," Bureau of Meteorology duty forecaster Stephen King told The Age.
Mt Buller is set to enjoy 20cm of snowfall on Tuesday and 8am on Thursday, will when temps drop to -4 degrees and -5 degrees respectively.
