Police asking residents in the area if they may have seen anything.

Students in MACKAY are joining the PREMIERS Reading Challenge en masseMore than 980 schools and early childhood centres across the state registering to take part. RACQ CQ RESCUE are asking for the MACKAY communities support..To keep the choppers running. It costs seven and a half thousand dollars to operate a helicopter every hour. While they receive four million dollars in funding from the Government -- they're left raising 5 million dollars each year to cover costs.
