SAPOL are continuing to review the 1991 murder of 25-year-old Yasmin Sinodinos.

The mother of three lived in Mount Gambier day to day, and was known to travel to Adelaide to associate with friends.

She had been badly beaten and was found in an area of scrub at Tea Tree Gully on December 18th.

The court heard three DNA profiles were found on her body.

In 2014, a man was acquitted of her murder by a Supreme Court jury, but investigators have confirmed he remains the only suspect in the case.

Officers are now seeking expert advice regarding DNA evidence gathered in connection to the case.

SA Police Major Crime Investigation Branch's Detective Sergeant Anthony van der Stelt says DNA testing and DNA profiling techniques are always being enhanced and improved.

There is currently a $200,000 reward available for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of a person responsible for her murder.

Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000.

You can remain anonymous.
