In celebration of the Winter Solstice, Council is partnering with Walker Events to present the fourth Mansfield Lantern Festival on this Saturday, June 23.
The festival falls on the Saturday night closest to the winter equinox, marking the longest night of the year.
This FREE community event will include open fires, hot chocolate, fancy cocktails, roving entertainment and music - making it the perfect cold night out with the fam!
The highlight of the night is sure to be the lantern parade, where the magic of light and colour is displayed on various forms, making it a sight worth witnessing! Plus, anyone can take part in the parade as long as they have a lantern to carry!
Date: Saturday, June 23
Time: From 5pm
Location: Erril Street, Mansfield
