A 33 year old from near Ballarat has been charged - following a collision with a cyclist in Devenish in March.

The man stopped to assist the injured cyclist and speak with police - following the alleged collision on Benalla-Yarrawonga Road on March 23.

He will front the Wangaratta Magistrates Court on February 15 - charged with Dangerous Driving causing death.
