There's just over two weeks left until feedback on the new Maude Street Mall design closes and the community is encouraged to get to know the designs a bit better by taking part in a Virtual Reality* information session this Friday, June 22 from 2pm-5pm.
This free session will see you experience four design options using the Oculus Rift VR headset, where you can immerse yourself inside the same 3D model used to create the concept videos for each design (see below)
If you missed the first info sessions, you can attend the free community session at 6pm Thursday, June 21 at the Think CBD office (Shop 5, Tower Arcade). You can just turn up!
The four design options include leaving the mall closed, opening it to two-way traffic and two options for one-way traffic.
To cast your vote and take part in the survey, head to Council's website at www.greatershepparton.com.au
*Virtual Reality is not suitable for children under 13 years of age. If you are pregnant, elderly or suffer from a heart condition or other serious medical condition, please do not attempt to use the VR headset.
