Just one in ten people on the southern end of the coast feel informed about the Commonwealth Games.
That's according to a poll commissioned by Currumbin MP Jann Stuckey.
More than 300 people were questioned about their preparedness for the event in April, with two-thirds of them admitting they didn't even know where to go for info.
While 90 per cent of those who visited the Commonwealth Games website didn't find what they were looking for.
It comes as GOLDOC prepares to set up an info shop in Currumbin to tell residents about the changes and how to get around while running and cycling events take place on the roads.
