Two Gippsland Boys Honoured For Bravery By Ambulance Victoria

Two brave Gippslanders have been honoured by Ambulance Victoria at their annual Community Hero Awards in Melbourne.

5 year old Nar Nar Goon boy James Tonks received his award after locating help for his grandmother who was bleeding out after the pair crashed their bike last November. James became the youngest person to receive the award.

Meanwhile Mirboo North teen Douglas Mancerella was celebrated after performing CPR on his father for 5 minutes, saving his life, after he collapsed in a paddock at their farm.
