A Traralgon school teacher aged in his 20s will spend the next 3 and a half years behind bars after pleading guilty to child exploitation charges in the Latrobe Valley County Court last week.
The man who cannot be named has also been added to the sex offenders register for life after the court heard he manipulated girls as young as 12 for his own gratification. The man communicated with 14 girls aged 12 to 16 between November 2009 and August 2015 when he was arrested.
Investigators also found 1,500 images of child exploitation material on his Facebook account and a further 36 videos on his computer.
