Hundreds of people marched in Cowes on Sunday afternoon, protesting against plans to build a new car ferry terminal on the town's north-facing beaches.
The Bass Coast Council's draft business case has presented four options as potential sites for the terminal, but many local residents and holiday-makers are not supporting any of them. The north-facing beaches are enjoyed year-round for swimming, boating, kayaking and walking.
Residents have a further 3 weeks to send feedback to the Bass Coast Council. To have your say, click here.
The Council will then decide whether to adopt the plans at their April 21st meeting.
