Gippsland's Ambulance Response Times: A Mixed Bag
Final quarter results released
Ambulance response times for the final quarter of 2017-18 have revealed a mixed bag of results for Gippsland.
In the document released by the state government, 80.8% of code 1 responses in Latrobe Valley arrived within the 15 minute threshold - an increase of 2.8%.
Meanwhile, ambulance response times in the Baw Baw Shire decreased by 4.2% to 68.6%.
Response times in South Gippsland stayed the same at 50.7%, despite the average response time improving; and in the Bass Coast Shire there was an improvement of 4.6% to 68.1%.
