Most of Drouin and parts of Warragul woke up to no electricity this morning following a truck accident in Drouin.

The incident occurred at around 4:30am when a truck hit a power pole at the roundabout on the corner of Princes Way and Hope Street.

AusNet estimated that power would be restored to many areas by 9am, but some people were told they may be waiting until 12:30pm for electricity to return.
