A 73 year Julatten man is facing deportation, the immigration department says he fails to meet the character requirements to stay in Australia.

Police arresting Patton Eidson AKA Mike McGoldrick last week but now Leichhardt MP Warren Entsch says they're reviewing his case after meeting with Immigration Minister Peter Dutton yesterday.
