Okay so let’s switch things up with an upbeat Spanish hit… at 105 beats per minute, this one will definitely get you running at a quick pace! PLUS this remix features our beloved Queen B which is always a win!

From the moment this song comes through your headphones, you will pick up a bit of a skip in your step (or run). Just a warning though, you may find your running style becomes more of a dance with this one…
What Lovers Do – Maroon 5 Ft SZA
Okay first of all, who doesn’t love hearing Adam Levine’s beautiful vocal cords on a track? Secondly, at 110 beats per minute this is definitely one to add to the playlist to keep up that momentum.
Lose Yourself – Eminem
*insert Eminem lyrical pun* If you had one shot or one opportunity to seize everything you ever wanted, in one moment… you would lose yourself in the moment and own it by listening to Eminem on your run. This is classic must have for your playlist!

Pound the Alarm - Nicki Minaj
It isn’t a complete playlist unless you have some Nicki in there! So throw in Pound the Alarm to kick you into action while you pound the pavement.

This will be sure to keep you on track, try and aim to run on the beat!
All The Stars – Kendrick Lamar Ft SZA
Changing the pace slightly here, the feel of this song will slow the pace a bit nut it’s got a consistent beat to make sure you keep pushing! We are almost there!
Lose My Breath – Destiny’s Child
So this is probably how you’re feeling now… but what’s a playlist without Beyoncé who is the Queen of everything (including running now). Keep clocking up the km’s!
