The truck driver allegedly responsible for a fatal seven vehicle crash in Dubbo earlier this year, has been charged with seven additional offences in Dubbo Local Court.
On January 16th 2018 a semi-trailer collided with four cars, a B-double and a ute on the Newell Highway killing two people and injuring eleven.
Police allege the southbound semi-trailer hit the other vehicles from behind while they were stopped at roadworks.
Robert Crockford appeared in Dubbo Local Court yesterday via audio-visual link from Long Bay Gaol. The Queensland truck driver has now been charged with 17 offences in relation to the crash.
Matters have been adjourned for May 9.
