As the dig dry continues to take a hold across our region, new assistance is being made available from Queensland-based charity Aussie Helpers.

Charity hay-runner Brian Egan confirming that Krystal Haycock has been appointed to the post, with her office to be based out of Dubbo, but will service all of the state.

On a visit to Orange yesterday, she has confirmed she will be working with farmers who are battling mental health issues as well as organising stock feed and hay for sheep, cattle and horses.
