Good News For Orana Farmers

Good news for Orana farmers with the State Government's Rural Crime Reforms have been passed by parliament, designed to provide a stronger response to things like stock theft, trespass and illegal hunting.

It follows the Bradshaw Review into rural crime and numerous calls from farming groups for tougher legislation.

NSW Police Minister Troy Grant says the job of a farmer is hard enough, without having to bear the brunt of wanton acts of destruction.
