The strongest heatwave for summer is about to sweep much of the country.
New South Wales, South Australia, Victoria and Queensland are expecting extremely hot conditions with increased bushfire and heat stress risks.
Over the next 4 to 5 days, a low pressure trough is forecast to move slowly through to NSW and Queensland.
This trough is forecast to combine with a ridiculously hot airmass overhead and dry in very dry and hot conditions ahead of it to produce widespread severe to extreme heatwave conditions.
In Dubbo, temps are set to reach 44 degrees on BOTH Saturday and Sunday.
Stay cool guys!
