More than 60 people have been charged with more than 150 offences following a police operation targeting drug activity and property crime in Toowoomba.

Officers from the Toowoomba Tactical Crime Squad, assisted by other local officers and drug detection dogs from Brisbane, executed 21 search warrants across Toowoomba yesterday.

As part of Operation Quebec Trawler, police seized a quantity of Cannabis, methylamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, a restricted firearm and a sum of cash.

Officers also seized stolen property including jewellery, laptops and cameras.

It follows additional searches conducted in Toowoomba on July 5.

In total, 66 people were charged with 156 offences including supplying and possessing dangerous drugs, possessing drug utensils, possessing tainted property, break and enter, drug driving and stealing.
