Pittsworth’s One Million Dollars Still Unclaimed

One Pittsworth shopper’s wallet or purse could be overflowing with one million dollars this weekend, but the mystery winner has yet to discover their win and claim their prize.

By late Friday the lucky winner had still not come forward since the winning numbers were drawn, Golden Casket officials have yet to hear euphoric screams from the newly-minted millionaire who purchased their entry from Pittsworth Newsagency, 57 Yandilla Street, Pittsworth.

As the entry was not registered to a Winners Circle card, Golden Casket has no way to contact the winner and is eagerly waiting for the winner to check their entry.

Pittsworth Newsagency manager Debbie Markey said there had been no shortage of locals coming to the store to check their entries.

“We’ve sold other division one winning entries in the past, but this is the first million-dollar one,” she said.

“It’s exciting!  The news is all over town!  Hopefully with everyone checking their entries our mystery winner will learn about their prize soon!”

The Queensland winner held one of the two division one winning entries across Australia in Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto draw 3697 on Wednesday 20 September 2017.  Each won the guaranteed division one prize of $1 million.

The winning ticketholder is urged to contact Golden Casket as soon as possible on 131 868 to begin the prize claim process.

The winning numbers in Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto draw 3697 on Wednesday 20 September 2017 were 17, 13, 5, 24, 37 and 26. The supplementary numbers were 28 and 40.
