New Acland Mine Expansion Decision Delayed

One of the states' longest fought environmental cases will conclude next week with a decision to be handed down by the Land Court on the New Acland Mine expansion project.

The delay is due to the Court requiring more evidence before handing down its’ decision.

The matter will continue next week with a decision expected on Wednesday.
