Mothers Warning: “Parents Be Vigilant” after Children Approached by Stranger

A mother is warning parents to be vigilant after her children were approached by a stranger in Drayton.
The woman’s children were approached a man outside their home on Tuesday, he offered one of the boys a biscuit telling him they were a “secret surprise.’
The man fled the scene when a car pulled up on the other side of the road.
The incident was captured on CCTV footage.
