It’s a nervous time for 2050 year 12 students across the Central West who’ll be sitting down for the first of their written HSC exams today.
Heads down from 10:20am, for the first exam, students to tackle English Paper 1, Advanced, Standard and ESL. They'll take on Paper 2 tomorrow.
Premier Gladys Berejiklian is extending her well wishes congratulating all students on getting to this final stage and saying that whatever path they choose, the NSW HSC is highly respected across Australia and overseas.
Education Minister Rob Stokes has also offered a piece of advice, saying while this is the last leg of your 13 year school journey, remember at the end of the day it’s just an exam.
