A Gosford Taxi driver has had his bail continued, after being charged with five counts of alleged assault with act of indecency last month.

Brisbane Water Police allege 65 year old Aldo Martin committed the offences upon three women aged in their twenties, who hailed a taxi in Donnison street in May.

He's accused of inappropriately conducting himself. He fronted Gosford local court yesterday and is due to return next month.

Another man is due in Gosford court, in August, over the alleged historical sexual assault of a young boy on the Central Coast eight years ago.

29 year old Damien Williams was granted conditional bail in a Sydney court yesterday, having been extradited from Queensland last week.

Police allege Mr Williams sexually assaulted the then seven year old while visiting at his home.
