UPDATE, August 28:

A man who was one of three charged over a violent road rage incident at Lake Munmorah late last month has pleaded not guilty to an assault charge.

41 year old Clint Pollard briefly fronted Wyong local court today, after footage of him allegedly punching a woman on the intersection of the pacific highway and elizabeth bay drive on July 24 went viral.

He's been granted conditional bail to reappear in court in October, while the woman he punched, Bianca Sams, will face the same court next week charged with intentionally throwing objects at Pollard's vehicle prior to being hit.

Police have now charged the woman involved in the now infamous road rage incident at Lake Munmorah on Monday afternoon.

Dash Cam footage of a 41 year old man punching her in the face at the intersection of the Pacific Highway and Elizabeth Drive led to a Tuggerah Lakes police investigation, which led to the man being charged with assault on Wednesday.

It’s since been learnt the woman threw nails out of her car at the man prior to the incident.

Earlier today, she attended Wyong police station, and was charged with malicious damage, being armed with intent to commit indictable offence, intentionally throw object at vehicle risk safety, part of body outside window – passenger and passenger seatbelt not fastened.

The woman will face Wyong local court on September 6th, a week after the man does.
