Houses in one Central Coast suburb are selling like hotcakes, according to realestate.com.au
A list of Australia's 10 fastest-selling suburbs has KARIONG at number eight, with a median number of 16 days on the market and median price of $640,000.
It was one of only two non-Victorian entries, including Warrane which is 5km from Hobart's city centre.
Topping the list for the shortest median days on market with 10 is Tecoma, 34 kilometres east of Melbourne's CBD.
The data covers houses sold between Sept 1, 2016 and Feb 28 of this year.
