A suspended learner driver will give birth just a month before she is sentenced in November for her dangerous driving that caused the death of an aged care nurse in North Gosford 2 years ago.

BIANCA HARRINGTON, who admitted to taking drugs the night before the fatal head on, faces up to 10 years jail, but incredibly avoided conviction for a more serious charge of being drug affected.

The magistrate arguing there was reasonable doubt as to any impairment.
