Murder Trial Continues

The Supreme Court trial of the BRADLEY JAMES BROOKS, the man accused of the 2015 stabbing murder of Wyong footballer GREG GIBBONS at TOUKLEY, has entered it's second week.

The judge is expected to hand down his rulings in regards to evidence today (Tuesday April 7), with the jury set to be called tomorrow and witnesses summoned.

Meantime, in a blow for the families seeking justice, the matter involving BROOKS' younger brother JOEL, who's accused of wounding ADAM 'SNITCH' SWINDELL on the same night, will now be heard in a separate trial.

That'll take place in the District Court....most likely later in the year.
