The former owners of a Central Coast service station are set to face court, accused of underpaying migrant workers by more than $50,000.

The Fair Work Ombudsman alleges Kamaldeep Singh and wife Uma failed to give an Indian man and woman shift loading, penalty rates and leave entitlements over the course of working at the Doyalson Metro.

Among the accusations of misconduct over May 2015 to August 2016, the male employee was allegedly ordered to foot the bill of a customer who drove off without paying for fuel.

Mr Singh's company Sinpek is also facing court over the alleged underpayments.
