Raiders star Jack Wighton has pleaded not guilty to charges over an alleged assault during a night out in Civic earlier this year.
He faced the ACT Magistrates Court on Wednesday, joined by coach Ricky Stuart, where he vowed to fight the nine charges against him.
It’s understood, the court heard the 25-year-old is accused of assaulting at least four people back in February.
The case is set to return to court in July.
In the meantime, the Raiders will let Wighton continue to train and play with the club.
An investigation’s underway, with the Raiders working with the NRL Integrity Unit.
