The green machine ran in eight unanswered tries in front of more than 14,500 fans.

Raiders winger Jordan Rapana scored two tries and two assists, while teenager Nick Cotric got his first NRL try in only his third game.

Coach Ricky Stuart said our guys need to be consistent.

“It doesn't seem as though we have injuries out of that which is good to see but it's only one game though, we gotta show some consistency now because we've only been consistent in one half of footy out of six.”

It’ll be a short turn around for the guys, who are preparing to take on the Broncos on Friday night.

“They’re the cards you’re dealt with, you’ve just got to deal with it,” Stuart said.

“I’m sure there’ll be some bruised and battered bodies in there. We only get to train once this week, we’ll see how we go then.”

The match will be the second of Canberra’s three trips to Queensland inside the first six weeks of the season.
