The Potts family is off to Mexico today as they fight to keep little Annabelle Potts alive.

The beautiful four-year-old we’ve all come to know and love is fighting an aggressive brain tumour, with her mum Kathie and dad Adam facing a reality where they won’t see her grow up.

But they have hope. And that hope has got them to Mexico, where Annabelle will receive intra-arterial chemotherapy treatment combined with Immunotherapy.

Post

The family of four jetted off today, just a couple of days after celebrating Annabelle’s fourth birthday at home with loved ones.

The Project aired a story last night about the fight to save Annabelle, to raise awareness of the need for brain cancer research funding.

Brain cancer kills more Australian children than any other disease and it costs more per person than any other cancer.

The treatment Annabelle will receive in Mexico costs $25,000 per treatment, some as much as $45,000.

Annabelle will need the treatment every three weeks for an undefined period of time.

So far, the community’s helped raise more than $220,000.

If you’d like to help, you can donate at the GoFundMe page.

Let’s keep up the support for this beautiful Canberra family!
